About the Chef: Alec Kerr comes from an Italian background but has always had talent and passion for raw eating. He believes it is an unexplored world of flavour and texture that is just waiting to be unraveled. Teaming up with Project Umami, Alec has developed new takes on how our products can be prepared and eaten. Stay tuned to get inspired!

It was such a pleasure working with a talented, up-and-coming chef. We love sharing hidden gems, and there is no doubt he is a gem! His creations are often seen in the most exclusive private events, luxury dinning experiences at home, and corporate functions.
