The Two Founders

David Lee

A multi-generational sushi-grade fish monger and industry business leader. David is the second generation owner of sushi-grade B2B family business that was established over 40 years ago. He has an uncompromising view in what it means to offer quality seafood products and meticulously quality checks to make sure nothing leaves the facility that is not to his standard.

Michael W. Kim

A creative business strategist and connoisseur of fine things. Having been an Architectural designer in his previous life, he has developed a keen eye in curating quality, building strategic partnerships, storytelling of the unfamiliar, and creating beautiful experiences.
