Clear Ponzu (lighter ponzu sauce) - "dancing yuzu peels" crystal ponzu

Ponzu sauce made of clear soy sauce with slices of yuzu pieces. This product is both beautiful and tasty! Bits of real yuzu slices add extra zest and bite to your Umami intake. Slightly lighter, perfect for those who prefer a more citrus forward flavour than salty.

We always prefer ponzu over soy sauce for all Umami products. It complements the flavours and does not compete or overpower with a salty taste. You can really enjoy the fish!

Brewed vinegar (made in Japan), soy sauce distilled liquid, salt, yuzu juice, fermented acetate, yuzu skin, rice fermented seasoning/trehalose, seasoning (amino acids), polysaccharide thickener, antioxidant (vitamin C), ringary oligosaccharide, sweetener (stevia), vitamin B1, (some ingredients include soy and wheat)
