Ponzu (our soy sauce recommendation) - Hyuganatsu citrus

We think our Umami selection should only be enjoyed with proper ponzu sauce. Once you've tried it, you'll never use plain soy sauce for sushi ever again. Considerably less sodium and a bit of citrus to bring out the flavour of any of our Umami products.

We always prefer ponzu over soy sauce for all Umami products. It complements the flavours and does not compete or overpower with a salty taste. You can really enjoy the fish!

Soy sauce (made in Japan), brewed vinegar, protein hydrolysate, fruit juice (yuzu, hyuganatsu (20%), kabosu, heibei-vinegar), sugar, kombu extract, bonito flakes extract, yeast extract, sake spirit, seasoning (amino acid), sweetener (kanzo), flavor, (contains wheat and soybeans)

You will be asked to choose your delivery date/time at checkout. We have tightly controlled delivery windows as we are handling raw seafood products!
