True vintage art pieces: small individual side/sauce plates (approx. 80 years old). Absolutely stunning treasures sourced from Japan, flown in for the Umami vintage collection. We hesitated to sell these as we wanted to keep them for ourselves, but sharing is caring - so now this limited stock is here at the store.

Hand-carved, and hand-painted gold artwork on true Japanese Urushi lacquering on wood. The true Japanese lacquering has a warm and deep glow, the photographs do not do it justice! It is also very light (a sign of quality).

This is a handcrafted item, each one is individually made and not perfectly identical.
