4x Ika: Squid (~140g)

Fresh sushi-grade squid like you never had before! Flash frozen, vacuum sealed, and already portioned/cleaned/and scored for ease of preparation. Ika has great umami flavour: mildly sweet, slightly firm/chewy texture, with a clean ocean aftertaste. If you love squid, this is a must try - you won't want to have squid any other way.

Can be lightly seared or charred based on your liking but we recommend eating these raw.

It is recommended to put everything in the freezer from our boxes. Unless you are serving that day, do not start the thawing process unless you plan to eat it!

You will be asked to choose your delivery date/time at checkout. We have tightly controlled delivery windows as we are handling raw seafood products!
