Ikura (250g)

Ikura (Oncorhynchus keta) is salmon caviar, which has a deep orange colour and is quite soft to the touch, popping easily. Meant to be served raw, Ikura has a vibrant salinity and umami flavour that is perfect as a natural flavour enhancer to other dishes or can be enjoyed on its own. It is also a healthy food choice as it contains high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids and other essential vitamins.

It is recommended to put everything in the freezer from our boxes. Unless you are serving that day, do not start the thawing process unless you plan to eat it!

You will be asked to choose your delivery date/time at checkout. We have tightly controlled delivery windows as we are handling raw seafood products!
