Sushi-grade scallops flash frozen and vacuum sealed to retain its bounce, texture, and flavour. Enjoy the slightly sweet ocean flavour - rarely offered in sushi-grade format, enjoy their full potential by eating them raw!

Can be lightly seared or charred based on your liking but we recommend eating these raw.

It is recommended to put everything in the freezer from our boxes. Unless you are serving that day, do not start the thawing process unless you plan to eat it!

You will be asked to choose your delivery date/time at checkout. We have tightly controlled delivery windows as we are handling raw seafood products!
