Everyday Umami

This package is for those who want to bring premium healthy and fresh Umami eating into their everyday diet. We've pared it down to just the classics for everyday eating. It doesn't have to be a special occasion - just good Umami eating. Great for making sushi/sashimi, hand-rolls, chirashi, hwe dup bap, or poke bowls.

1 x Akami saku block: Bluefin Tuna (~225g)*
1 x Toro saku block: Bluefin Tuna Belly (~225g)*
2 x Salmon saku block: Back+Belly (~450g)*
1 x Ama Ebi: Sweet Shrimp tray (30 pieces)

*variance in weight is due to our products truly being natural gifts of the ocean. We've curated our products to make sure you have the best Umami experience - this doesn't always mean the biggest or heaviest, but just the best parts.

It is recommended to put everything in the freezer from our boxes. Unless you are serving that day, do not start the thawing process unless you plan to eat it!

You will be asked to choose your delivery date/time at checkout. We have tightly controlled delivery windows as we are handling raw seafood products!
