Umami Apprentice

For apprentices of the Umami lifestyle, we created an approachable package with a twist. A little bit predictable and a little bit unpredictable. Try, be converted and spread the word! We only picked the best of the best Salmon to place into this package for those who truly appreciate what good Salmon is. The Suzuki will surprise you with how much flavour and texture white fish can have as a raw eating experience. Can be eaten with the skin removed, or with the skin left on and lightly heated/torched. This brings out the fattiness and maximizes the flavour!

2 x Salmon saku blocks: Back+Belly (~450g)*
2 x Suzuki Fillet: European Sea Bass (~350g)*

*variance in weight is due to our products truly being natural. We've prepared our products for best Umami experience - this doesn't always mean the biggest or heaviest, but just the best parts.

It is recommended to put everything in the freezer from our boxes. Unless you are serving that day, do not start the thawing process unless you plan to eat it!

You will be asked to choose your delivery date/time at checkout. We have tightly controlled delivery windows as we are handling raw seafood products!
